Some major awards & honours
Sairam Dave’s contribution to Gujarati folk arts, literature and education has been recognised by several cultural, literary and social institutions over the course of his career. Among the honours he has received are the Gujarat Gaurav Puraskar (2007) from the Government of Gujarat, the Glory of Gujarat Award (2016) presented by Governor O. P. Kohli, the World’s Amazing Talent Award (2020) conferred by the World Talent Organization, and the Gujarati Global Icon Award in Dubai by Mumbai Samachar in recognition of his contribution to Gujarati culture across the world.
Alongside these recognitions, Sairam Dave has also been felicitated by institutions including Gujarati Samaj of New York, GCERT, Gujarat Police, Rajkot Kala Manch, Divya Bhaskar, Zee 24 Kalak and many other local, national, and international accolades for his contribution to folk literature, education and cultural preservation.
