There are some stories that never really leave us. The story of Radha and Krishna is one of them. It has lived through poetry, music, dance and storytelling for generations.

With Radha- Ek Prem Avtar, Sairam Dave brings this story to the stage in a new Gujarati multimedia production. Written and narrated by Sairam Dave, the show follows Radha and Krishna from their childhood in Vrindavan to the depth of divine love known as Mahabhava.

The story unfolds through live music, theatre, classical and folk dance, and immersive multimedia. More than 27 artists, including singers, theatre artists and dancers, come together on stage to tell a story that audiences may already know, but perhaps have never experienced quite like this.

After Viranjali and Namotsav, Shree Radha Ek Prem Avtar continues Sairam Dave’s exploration of how traditional stories can find a place on the contemporary stage without losing what makes them timeless.
